What is a dashboard Camera? A dashboard camera, typically known as a dash camera, dashcam, or vehicle blackbox, records video clips while you are driving (or parked). Why do I need a high quality dash camera? Running a dash camera is essential to all drivers on the road. Dashcam records all events in case of an accident. These event recordings are going to be your best evidence and silent witness when dealing with your auto insurance company. In case of a hit-and-run or vandalism, a high quality HD is necessary to capture the details of persons or vehicles involved. This includes facial details and license plate numbers which can be difficult to remember or describe without any photo or video evidence. We only recommend dash cams supporting Full HD at 1080p and 30fps recording quality. KMPH is an authorized retailer for Thinkware and Blackvue, and Uniden dash camera brands in Canada. 2020’s Best Dash Cameras [Top-Pick 2K] Thinkware QA100 Elite [Top-Pick 4K] Thinkware U1000 4K [Top-Pick] Blackvue DR900S 4K [Dual Lens] Uniden DC720 Recommended Power Management Blackvue B124x Battery Pack (6,000 mAh) Power Magic Pro
