Product Warranty Coverage

KMPH offers direct Canadian support and warranty for all products we carry. Accessories without serial numbers are excluded from standard warranty.

Opening a Warranty Claim
  1. Contact us by email with your name, phone number, product you have issues with, product serial number, and original order number or invoice number.
  2. You will work with our team to remotely troubleshoot the fault. We may request photos or videos.
  3. If required to send it to us for further testing, or to proceed with warranty claim, you are responsible for shipping the item to us. If determined non-faulty, you will also need to pay for another shipping back to you.
  4. We cover warranty on parts we sell only. If install / removal / diagnostics are involved via a 3rd party installer / shop during a warranty claim, you’re responsible for the labour costs incurred.
  5. Under warranty, your faulty unit will either be repaired or replaced at our discretion. We will cover the final return shipping back to you if approved.
