Power Magic Pro (PMP)

Power Magic Pro, or PMP in short, is the best hardwiring kit for Blackvue dash cameras. When connected to a continuous 12V power source, it powers the dashcam even when the vehicle ignition is off, so video continues to record when you are away from the car.

Hardwire your Blackvue dash camera (or other brand) to a 12V fuse in the fuse box

PMP requires 3 connections – continuous 12V, switched 12V (turns off with ignition), and ground.

Power Magic Pro is required if you want to take advantage of Parking Mode, if supported by a compatible dash camera.

Voltage cut-off threshold at 11.6 – 12V guards against battery drain. Nobody wants to wake up to a dead battery in the car!
